Residential House PlansWhen you are ready to start designing your dream home, the Pro-Cad Plus design team is ready to help you. There a multiple different ways to begin the design process. You can come by our office to view our stock plans, which we already have drawn in AutoCad, or do as most clients, start from scratch and design your self a custom home just as you would have it. Stock plans are available to view at any time at our office(during business hours), but if you are planning to have custom construction drawings made, please call us and schedule and appointment. If you are not local to our area, we have in multiple circumstances, worked with clients via email and phone with out actually meeting in person. We can email the drawings as PDF files, which most standand computers come installed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. We charge by the square foot and a deposit is required to begin. Any changes that may need done after plans have been finalized will be charged by the hour. In most cases, we will meet with you until the design is set in stone.
What is included in a full set of drawings?
Pro-Cad Plus does work with home owners, builders, contractors, developers, etc. We welcome you to come visit us in Granbury, Texas on right off HWY 377 directly behind Chicken Express.
