Remodels and Renovations
Residential remodel projects can be challenging. Each home and each home owner is unique and in most cases remodels depend a lot on your particular tastes. We encourage you to call for an appointment to come in and speak with one of our design team to discuss your remodel project. Whether you are looking to add a Master Suite or you want to renovate your existing space we will be glad to help expedite your building process by creating a set of construction drawings to help keep you from missing certain details that may not be passed on to your builder or contractor. It is important to have something that you; as the home owner; and your builder can use to keep track of your project. Commercial remodels and renovations, including Tenant Finish-Out, can be equally challenging. Local fire and building codes, Texas Accessibility Standards, and a plethora of other considerations must be balanced carefully with the needs of the client. This must be done in a manner that will allow the client to have what they want while staying within budget, and still produce an asthetically pleasing, code compliant remodel or renovation.
